10 white onions, peeled and minced
sesame oil, as needed
In a large pot, heat 1 T. sesame oil.
Add onions and stir constantly for about 5 minutes.
Let onions cook over low heat for several hours, adding more oil as needed so that they don't dry out.
Serve on toast.
